Privacy Policy
Last updated October 28, 2026
This policy explains what information Pandaminos collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you enter the site: your email address and birthday, to confirm you are 21 or older and to recognize returning customers.
If you give it: your mobile phone number, and whether and when you agreed to (or stopped) texts about specials. We only send those texts if you opted in, and you can stop them anytime by replying STOP or from your account page.
When you request an order: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, the apps linked to your phone number, your SMS and WhatsApp choices, your payment preference, your research-use signature, any order notes, and the items in your order.
Information collected automatically
A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in. Your cart is saved in your own browser so it survives a refresh. Our hosting provider records standard technical information, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
To confirm your age and access, process and ship orders, send payment instructions and order updates, apply rewards, prevent fraud, keep records we are required to keep, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the store, such as our website host (Netlify), shipping carriers and payment services you choose to use, only as needed to fulfil your order. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
Texts and messages
We only text you or use WhatsApp if you opt in at checkout. Reply STOP to stop texts. Your opt-in is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes, and other information only as long as it is useful for the purposes above.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing orders.pandaminos@outlook.com. We may keep some records where the law requires it.
Age
This site is only for people 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new date.
