1. Research use only

Every product we sell is supplied strictly for laboratory, analytical and research purposes. Products are not drugs, food, dietary supplements or cosmetics, and are not intended for use in or on humans or animals, or to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Product names, strengths and descriptions are provided for identification and research handling only. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and these statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

2. Who may order

You must be at least 21 years old and enter with a valid referral access code. By ordering you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of one, that you will handle the products safely, and that you will not resell them for human or animal consumption.

We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, or end access to the site, at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse, fraud or a breach of these terms.

3. Order requests and acceptance

Checkout on this site submits an order request; no payment is taken online. An order is accepted only when we confirm availability and contact you with payment instructions. Stock shown on the site is updated regularly but is not guaranteed until we confirm your order.

If an item becomes unavailable after you submit a request, we will tell you and adjust or cancel that part of the order.

4. Pricing, deals and rewards

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; the confirmed total we send you is the amount due. Volume pricing, weekly deals and bonus vials apply as described on the site at the time of your request and cannot be combined in ways the site does not show. We may correct obvious pricing errors before an order is accepted.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout: Crypto: USDC (Base network), Apple Cash, Venmo, Other (we'll contact you). USDC must be sent on the Base network; payments sent on the wrong network may not be recoverable. Venmo orders include a 3% processing fee; if you send the payment as Friends & Family rather than Goods & Services, we credit the 3% back to you.

Use only your order reference in any payment note. Orders ship after payment clears.

6. Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is handed to the carrier.

7. Returns and refunds

All sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Handling and safety

You are responsible for storing, handling and disposing of products safely and in line with all laws that apply to you, and for any use you make of them. Follow the storage guidance on each product page.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Products are supplied for research as described on their labels and certificates of analysis. Apart from the testing commitments in our Refund Policy, products and this site are provided "as is" without other warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Pandaminos is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from misuse of a product, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Pandaminos against claims, losses and costs arising from your use or misuse of our products, or from your breach of these terms or of any law.

12. Text and app messages

If you opt in at checkout, we may text you or contact you through WhatsApp about your order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. Consent is never a condition of purchase.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you submit an order request applies to that order.
